What is the Dress Code?
The dress code is semi-formal summer cocktail. We recommend suit & tie and cocktail or formal dresses. The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. We kindly invite you to join us in incorporating our colors in your outfits on our special day.
How Does Seating Work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
What Do I Do If I'm Late for the Ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 2:30-2:45pm so there is enough time to park and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will have to wait until ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception. Thank you for understanding.
Is There Free Parking?
Yes, both the hotel and venue have free self-parking available.
Is Transportation Provided?
We have a shuttled scheduled to bring guests from the hotel to the venue at for the ceremony and back from the reception to the hotel. Departure from the hotel is at 2:15pm, and 11:15pm from the venue for returning.
Can I Bring a Plus 1 or My Child?
Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically indicated on your envelope. Please check your wedding invite closely for invited guests, including plus 1's and children.
